According to the American Heart Association, 80% of strokes may be preventable, and just 30 minutes of physical activity daily can improve both your memory and your brain’s ability to process.

In this specialty track we will focus on improving brain cognition and mindfulness techniques, increasing neuroplasticity with yoga, mantra, and best self-care practices for daily living. All combined, we can continue to advocate for full-body health for our students, truly from head to toe.
