Depending on the course, your training may include movement practices, lecture and discussion, partner or small-group activities, practice teaching, reflection, and other applied learning experiences. Come prepared to participate, ask questions, and learn in community.

Your registration receipt confirms your enrollment, but it does not mean the training has met its minimum enrollment yet. We will notify you once your training is confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before making non-refundable travel arrangements for in-person trainings.

Many YogaFit trainings can be applied toward one or more YogaFit certification pathways and/or continuing education requirements. See the individual training description for applicable programs and CE information.
