I was so impressed with all of the courses I took through YogaFit. The instructors were experienced and passionate about what they do. I will continue to take trainings with them to continue on my yoga teaching journey!

Bonita Rogers

The information and the instructors are knowledgeable and conduct themselves with the outmost responsibility required of a Yoga Instructor. I am privileged to belong to such an amazing group of instructors.

Martina Steves

Since I started taking classes with YogaFit 2016, I learned a lot about different aspects of yoga and ways of teaching asana, pranayama, and meditation. I enjoy the variety of trainings YogaFit offers and possibility to take classes online. My favorite part is to learn about PTSD and about the different ways practicing yoga can help heal the body and mind. I also love learning about Ayurveda and would love to continue deepening my knowledge.

Amy Flume

I\’ve loved my YogaFit journey. Being able to take trainings at my own pace has allowed me as much time as I need to study, reflect, and grow according to a schedule that works best for me. The MBF\’s are a great way to connect with others and I\’ve learned SO much.

Tanya-Kristoff-Powder

Every experience I have had with YogaFit has been amazing. The master trainers are so knowledgeable and excited to share that knowledge and help each person grow. The material that is prepared for each training is something that one can come back to over and over again and find another tidbit of information. All of the book (required and recommended) bring insight and wisdom. I only have wonderful things to say about YogaFit.

Lori Whitley

This training was interactive and online. It was excellent! I do not feel like we missed a thing! I highly recommend it. The interactive live classes were extremely valuable. I am so glad to have had this option available! The instruction was excellent!

Karen Elland Zell

I love the flexibility of YogaFit\’s modular program. I was pleasantly surprised at how connected I felt during the online live courses, and have made some great connections. Their in-person classes are wonderful too. As an organization they have been extremely responsive and accomodating and made me feel valued.

Ruth Grabiec

I appreciated that I was able to space my trainings out to match my schedule and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of instructors I had. The manuals that accompany each training, in addition to the required readings are valuable resources that I refer to regularly. I feel that my practice and my classes benefited from the experience.

Michelle Donahue

It was nice to be able to take my time to complete my yoga training modularly so that I could process what I learned and apply it to my classes soon after learning for better retention. It also made it more affordable in both time and money. I actually started teaching yoga in 2009 but did not receive my 200RYT until 2018 and my 500RYT until 2024. I believe I am a better yoga teacher because I studied and practiced all these years prior to getting my certifications.

Megan Gray

Very thorough- trauma informed program with inclusivity for all learners and awareness of all children\’s potential issues. Fabulous instructors. I highly recommend YogaFit\’s programs

Alee Wile
