LaMor is a C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, iRest® Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher, Graduate Duke University Yoga Awareness of Cancer, HearthMath® Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation and Author of "Exploring the Koshas in Yoga Therapy: An Embodied Approach for Client and Classroom" (2026).
With over two decades of therapeutic yoga practice, LaMor has supported individuals with PTSD/TBI, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke recovery, breast cancer, chronic pain, mobility conditions and related neurophysiological and psychosocial challenges.
Her education has taken her through the USA, Canada, and India, and includes certifications and continuing professional development from Duke University Integrative Health, the Integrative Restoration Institute (iRest), YogaFit, HeartMath, among others.
LaMor’s passion lies in guiding others in discovering both the healing potential of yoga and the healing potential within us all that yoga helps us to unveil - at any age and stage of life. She is also grateful and honored to be able to help aspiring yoga teachers and yoga therapists hone their craft and find their voice and enjoys her role at YogaFit as Senior Master Trainer, Yoga Therapy Program Faculty Member and Mentor, as well as Yoga Nidra 100-hour Certification Program Coordinator.
