Pretty much everyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows that diets alone don’t work. Sustainable change begins with shifting our awareness—how we think, feel, and relate to our bodies and to life itself. YogaLean is not a program for losing weight; it’s a training for cultivating Lean Consciousness—a mindful, balanced approach to living that supports lasting health and happiness.
In this two-day intensive training, you’ll explore the yoga-based principles that empower whole-person transformation from the inside out. Through movement, meditation, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to help yourself and your students replace self-judgment with self-compassion, create mindful relationships with food and exercise, and align daily choices with long-term well-being.
Drawing from yoga philosophy, the koshas, and Ayurveda-inspired lifestyle wisdom, you’ll gain the tools to create YogaLean-inspired classes, coaching sessions, and personal wellness plans that integrate mind, body, and heart.
Participants will leave with a practical framework for teaching and living a yoga-informed lifestyle that promotes balance, vitality, and joy—on and off the mat.
