Once you’ve finished the videos, you’ll attend a dynamic one-day practicum designed to refine your teaching skills, receive personalized feedback, and build confidence in your delivery. This immersive combination of self-paced study and live, guided practice ensures you feel fully prepared, supported, and inspired as you step into your role as a yoga teacher.
You will be equipped to teach a basic hatha yoga vinyasa-style class to apparently healthy adults following this course.
YogaFit YTT Foundations (Level One) is the first step in completing a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification, if desired.
While there are no prerequisites for this course, we do require that all attendees read Beth Shaw’s YogaFit prior to attending. This book explains the foundation of our entire teacher training program, and allows for better overall understanding of the material covered in our YTT Foundations (Level One) Training.
