What if you could experience the benefits of a yoga retreat without leaving home?

The Sacred Pause: An At-Home Yoga & Meditation Retreat is a restorative weekend experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and turn inward. Join us February 19–21, 2027, for four intentional live online sessions featuring yoga, meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and reflection—with plenty of time between sessions to enjoy your own personal retreat experience.
What to Expect During The Sacred Pause
Throughout the weekend, we’ll weave together yoga, meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, journaling, reflection, and meaningful connection.
Between our live gatherings, participants will be invited to continue the retreat experience with simple optional practices such as time away from screens, a quiet walk, mindful meals, journaling, intentional silence, or Ayurvedic self-care.
The intention is for this to feel less like an online training and more like a true pause from everyday life — an opportunity to rest, reflect, reconnect, and return feeling renewed.
Retreat Schedule
Friday, 6:00–7:30 PM: Gentle Yin, reflection + Yoga Nidra
Saturday, 9:00–11:00 AM: Flow yoga, pranayama, meditation + teaching
Saturday, 3:00–4:00 PM: Yoga philosophy/Ayurveda, journaling + small-group reflection
Sunday, 9:00–10:30 AM: Gentle practice, meditation, integration + closing
Between our live sessions: Participants will receive optional self-guided retreat experiences to continue creating space for rest, reflection, and reconnection at home. These may include mindful walks, journaling, intentional silence, mindful meals, time away from screens, and simple Ayurvedic self-care practices.
Also included: A downloadable Sacred Pause Retreat Guide with the weekend schedule, journaling and reflection prompts, suggestions for creating your at-home retreat space, and guidance for the self-directed experiences between sessions.
That gives us approximately 6 live hours, plus optional self-guided retreat experiences between our live sessions that I’ll provide for participants.
