Intensive 100-hour YogaFit for Warriors 100-hour Specialty Certificate with courses taking place from January 3, 2026, concluding in May or June, depending on your elective selection. All coursework is done live virtually via Zoom.
Become a certified trauma-sensitive yoga teacher by completing the YogaFit 100-hour teacher-training program. This comprehensive trauma-sensitive yoga program is designed to provide the instruction and tools you need to understand PTSD and trauma at a deeper level and to guide your clients (or students) toward greater healing. Created by a military veteran and a yoga therapist, YogaFit for Warriors is ideal for yoga teachers and mental health professionals, as well as military personnel and their families, first responders, and healthcare workers. The YogaFit for Warriors Teacher Training’s modular-based design allows you to customize the program to accommodate your interest level, schedule and budget.
YogaFit’s modular system allows you to complete certification at your own pace, paying as you go. Trainings can be attended virtually, during a YogaFit Mind Body Fitness Conference, at a host location near your home, across the country, or even abroad. Or mix and match in a completely different way. Your choice.
Important Note for Military Members: YogaFit is eligible under MyCAA for you to receive up to $4000 for RYT 200 or 140 hour Warriors Program studies for Military Spouses of the ranks E1-E5, O1-O2 or W1-W2. Email warriors@yogafit.com for details.
