Kim Gray is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and an ERYT 500 yoga teacher who has devoted her career to making yoga accessible and transformative. She has extensive experience supporting individuals living with a wide range of physical and mental health challenges—including Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, diabetes, obesity, pulmonary conditions, heart failure, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and pain-related concerns such as back and shoulder pain.
A native of Illinois, Kim began her career teaching group fitness. A simple magazine self-test convinced her to try yoga and Pilates—and it was right. After a few years of searching for the right school, she discovered YogaFit at an IDEA fitness conference and immediately knew it was the perfect fit. Six weeks later she completed her Level One training in St. Louis and has been sharing YogaFit’s safe, inclusive approach ever since.
Today Kim serves as a Senior Master Trainer and Corporate Team Member at YogaFit Worldwide and mentors students in the YogaFit Healthcare Yoga Therapy program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification, and multiple fitness credentials including Mat Pilates, Barre, and SUP Yoga.
Now calling sunny St. Augustine, Florida home, Kim teaches at a local studio and offers private classes, yoga therapy, and Pilates from her home studio—helping individuals cultivate strength, healing, and balance. She also continues to teach a loyal group of students virtually in Illinois—some of whom have practiced with her since her very first YogaFit training. When she returns home to visit family several times a year, she teaches them in person at their community recreation center.
