Jenn is an ERYT 500, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, and YACEP educator who has been teaching for 18 years. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment and works with people navigating anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, recovery from injury, and those seeking to deepen their meditation practice. Passionate about the healing power of yoga, she empowers her students to explore its physical, mental, and spiritual benefits in ways that are accessible and sustainable.
Originally from Oklahoma City, Jenn first discovered yoga while training for a marathon, when a friend invited her to join a class. She instantly fell in love with the practice and, within weeks, began exploring teacher training opportunities. She has remained inspired ever since by the many ways yoga and yoga therapy can support us along life’s journey—and loves sharing those possibilities with others.
A lifelong student and teacher, Jenn has completed her 200-hour, 500-hour, and Yoga Therapy training through YogaFit. She is a Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit and serves as a Mentor in the YogaFit Healthcare Program, where she supports students in bringing yoga therapy into a wide range of healthcare settings. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music Education, as well as independent study in meditation and the Compassionate Inquiry Technique through the work of Dr. Gabor Maté.
Now based in Phoenix, Arizona, Jenn offers group classes, private sessions, and therapeutic-style classes at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. She is dedicated to making yoga a meaningful and empowering experience for every individual she works with.
