Gwendolyn Elliott is a certified yoga therapist and the creator of YogaFit’s Yoga for Sleep one-day workshop. She designs group fitness classes that blend yoga, Ayurveda, and modern science to support lifelong well-being. Gwendolyn specializes in creating programs for clients and caregivers in day hospice settings, offering accessible lifestyle practices for emotional support and physical comfort.
