With over twenty years of guiding people through movement, Alison Presley, E-RYT 500, OTR/L brings a joyful blend of curiosity, creativity, and grounded wisdom to her work as a yoga teacher trainer in Greensboro, NC. Equal parts anatomy nerd, mindful mover, and playful explorer, she loves helping students discover what’s possible in their bodies—one breath, wobble, and aha-moment at a time.
Her teaching is shaped by a rich and eclectic background: a Master of Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography from UNC-Greensboro, a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University, and over two decades teaching both dance and yoga in schools, studios, and communities. She’s also ACE Group Exercise Certified, which adds a spark of energy and accessibility to every class she leads.
As a trainer, Alison is known for making learning feel both meaningful and fun. She weaves together functional movement, creative sequencing, and plenty of laughter to help new teachers find confidence, clarity, and their own authentic voice. Her goal is simple: to make yoga feel welcoming, empowering, and just a little bit magical.
