This course will enable you to serve others more effectively while honoring your own needs.<\/p>\n<p>Caregivers spend so much time and loving attention on others that they forget to care for\u00a0themselves\u2013physically and emotionally. If you work with elderly patients, children with special\u00a0needs, or foster kids trapped in the system, this one-\u00adday workshop can provide the tools\u00a0necessary to revitalize and reconnect to your center and find the balance you need to serve\u00a0others.<\/p>\n<p><em>This training is held during a YogaFit Mind Body Fitness Conference and offers additional activities, such as master classes, sound healing, nidra, mala making, and other opportunities.
