MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES
In order to receive a refund/credit, merchandise must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. No refunds/credits will be issued on opened merchandise unless damaged or defective. Damaged/defective items may be exchanged for the same titles only. Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase, otherwise merchandise credit will be issued. Exchanges for open merchandise can be made for the same titles only. Initial postage is non-refundable and in some cases, the customer is responsible for postage associated with returns/exchanges in both directions. YogaFit does not accept returns on opened CDs, DVDs or videos. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Sorry, no exceptions. Please call 888-786-3111, x228 or x229, to receive a RA#.

TRAINING REGISTRATION POLICIES

  1. Included in each course registration fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 deposit.
  2. Customers cancelling with more than 14 days notice are entitled to a refund of paid registrations fees, less the non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 deposit.
  3. Customers cancelling and/or wishing to transfer to a different training with 14 days notice or less, will forfeit the $50.00 deposit but a credit for the remaining balance, valid for 12 months, will be issued and can be applied to teacher trainings only; not merchandise orders. A subsequent non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 deposit will be required in order to reserve a space in a future training.
  4. Customers not attending a training and failing to contact YogaFit in advance (i.e., “no-shows”) will forfeit all registration fees; no refund/credit will be issued.
  5. All trainings are subject to cancellation by YogaFit and in such cases, customers will be notified, in advance, and be provided with various options. Please call to confirm any training(s) prior to making any travel arrangements.
  6. All refunds and/or credits will be issued in US Dollars only.
  7. Full attendance is required to receive course credit.

CLUB YOGAFIT POLICIES
The Club YogaFit Membership is non-refundable. If you have just become a Club YogaFit (CYF) Member with this purchase, you will be receiving a subsequent email very shortly which will provide you with the specific codes you must use to receive your exclusive CYF pricing online. Please retain this receipt as proof of your CYF Membership. Your CYF Membership Card with your CYF Membership number will be mailed to you within the next 7-10 days. Proof of CYF Membership must be presented when purchasing merchandise at trainings and conferences.

MERCHANDISE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Customers will receive email notification upon shipment of merchandise. In some cases, an email notification will be sent from both the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS) and also YogaFit. Customers may track their orders through the YogaFit website by logging into individual accounts. Please be sure to store your YogaFit Account information for future use. In most cases, shipments are sent and delivered with "No signature required" however, you may leave important delivery information (e.g., Please leave box behind planter) in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout.
